You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to, or any infringing, harmful, or illegal content. You will not interfere with the Services or attempt to reverse engineer them.
You may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of images you upload. For AI-generated content, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license. You may not sell or commercially exploit generated content without permission. UltrasoundToBaby retains ownership of its software and models.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change.
Temporary images are deleted after 48 hours. Final images are retained for 6 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request data deletion by contacting support@ultrasoundtobaby.com.
The Services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT a substitute for medical advice. Always consult healthcare providers for medical concerns. We make no representations about medical relevance.
The Services are provided 'as is'. UltrasoundToBaby disclaims all warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use.
